People consistently kill Ubers with the build in HCSSF though so if you're capable of doing the mechanics I'm sure it's possible even if it might not be the easiest build to do it on.POE Builds | Poe 3.22 League Starter and EndGame Builds That said, I don't kill ubers myself (I'm in HC and I suck at the game) so maybe I'm not the best one to give advice. Your damage uptime is really high because it's DoT so effective DPS is always a bit better than people think. It's definitely not the best build for ubers because of damage problems but I do think it's doable. I suspect if you throw 30 divines into the build the gap between elementalist and trickster defenses does close a fair bit so if you're really planning on taking this build all the way that may be less of a factor assuming you're OK with getting one shot repeatedly in T16 maps for the first week or two of the league. Elementalist has more damage by a fair bit and this build is not a high damage build (even with significant investment it caps out pretty fast) so maybe that's the better option for ubers? Elementalist is going to be really squishy, especially during early league mapping. Less damage than elementalist, less defenses than Trickster. I've never actually played the build, I've just been looking in to it because it's what I plan to league start so maybe take my advice with a grain of salt, but my understanding is that the Occultist version is just straight up the worst option now. Just get brine king early and work towards ele avoid, or use the new ailment jewels if they're reasonably priced. You don't have room for it with Grace + Discipline + HoAg (remember that the supports increase the reservation cost by a bunch). GMP+chance to poison+faster casting and you're chilling.ĭon't run purity of elements. ![]() You don't have to bother with brand nodes to get extra and you can kind of just run around and let the Worb auto target. Winter orb feels a lot better as a poison applier than storm brand. Also you can roll cast speed for more QoL. Between those three free supports the damage gets pretty close, and if you have a well-rolled wand (some minion damage or minion attack speed), the wand becomes way better. Roll it with an insanity essence to get summon spectral spirits, and then you can slot feeding frenzy (more minion damage, attack speed, cast speed, move speed), culling strike, and withering touch. To chime in on a couple things for the build, I think Cold Iron Point is pretty decent for the weapon, but there's a pretty good argument to be made for a convening wand instead. Was thinking of league starting this build. There are more builds probably, but those are the ones I know about. Shield crush poison: Guildmate played it and he said it was solid but a bit clunky to play. Soulrend/other chaos build: I think this was just people using the cat MTX. TR/CA/PC: Same as above, for TR Id go for PF > Raider > Trickster, PC PF = Occ and CA I would just go Occultist but it is decent. RF: A bit hipster and IMO the worst RF version, Jugg > Inqui > Ele > Trickster IMO. Poison blade vortex: Very good all arounder and pretty popular last league.ĬA totems: Palsteron has a nice video, no idea how this build performed. Also I've seen the endgame versions and the build can facetank most of the stuff but the damage is not there, not my tea of cup as I preffer high dps builds. Blade trap: Been testing this and im not 100% sold because I feel the damage lacks until you stack enough ES (13k+), breezed through yellows and hit a wall on high reds, Im currently crafting some gear to see the capabilities. ![]()
